PURCHASING PRODUCTS
(on-line ordering) - available 24 hours.  When you've found something you'd like to buy, enter the required quantity and select 'add to basket' which will take you to your 'shopping basket' where you can view the status of your order and make any adjustments.

When you're ready to purchase the items in your basket click 'view basket' in the Shopping Basket box (top left of the Home Page) where you'll be able to check your order and change quantities if required.  Once you have done this click ‘Continue’ to the next page where if you are already an existing customer you can enter your email address and password, if you are not an existing customer click ‘Register & Continue’, fill in your details and click ‘Submit & Continue’  

Once the checkout process has been completed you will be sent an email of confirmation listing the products you've purchased.

(off-line ordering)  Customers within the UK can choose to pay by cheque or postal order made payable to 'B2I LTD'. Please send your order with item descriptions and product codes along with your details including your full name, address and cheque guarantee card number to:  B2I Ltd, The Honey Pot, Wrights Yard, Saffron Walden, Essex, CB10 2XJ .

Please note that goods will not be dispatched until cheques have cleared.

CARRIAGE

All products are shipped as soon as possible subject to credit clearance, payment being confirmed and availability of stock. We use real-time stock control so if you have placed an order, we almost always have it available to ship.

We use a number of different carriers depending on where you are and how fast you would like your products delivered. Alternative carriers may be used from time-to-time.

We do not post to Post Office Boxes.

GM will endeavor to ensure all internet customers receive email confirmation of receipt of order along with a dispatch date.

We aim to dispatch all goods as soon as possible subject to credit clearance and stock availability - usually within 2-4 working days. However in some unusual cases please allow 5-7 days for delivery.

If, for whatever reason, goods are delayed longer than the date advised, GM will inform the customer, and the customer has the right to cancel any order if the dispatch date is unsuitable.

In the case of multiple purchases, stock items will not be delayed by items on back order.

Orders are dispatched Royal Mail 1st Class to UK addresses

We will not be under any liability for any delay or failure to deliver if the same is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

RETURNS POLICY
Any product may be returned to us for a replacement or full refund within 14 days from receiving the goods. If returning any item, please inform GM within 7 days of receiving goods. Please do not return goods without confirming with GM beforehand:  returns@genuinememorabilia.co.uk

Goods must be returned in perfect condition in original packaging with the original receipt.  We cannot accept any returns that are soiled, worn or damaged.

The Company reserves the right to charge a fee where returned items have been damaged due to improper re-packing.

VAT (Value Added Tax)
VAT is charged at the standard rate current at the time of dispatch (currently 17.5%) to all UK customers and members of the European Union.

All other International orders will not have VAT charged on them but import and any local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

The acceptance of an order may be revoked, (in whole or part) or delivery dates postponed by us without liability, in the event of any contingency beyond our control which does or in our opinion is likely to prevent, hinder, delay, interrupt or interfere with the fulfillment of the order or any part of it.

When you purchase these goods from us you indemnify the site owner(s) from all claims and/or damages that may arise from the general use and/or the regular use of these items. When you purchase these items, you do so in the knowledge that you agree to all the terms herein and that follow.

We charge a flat fee when you buy one item, after that postage is free on all items. This is the only extra charge put onto your order and goes on during the checkout procedure once you have selected the shipping destination.

Our ordering system is an internet technology called SSL (secure socket layer). You are safe to enter your personal details without fear of anyone but V2U being able to see them. Our credit card payments are made through a company called Protx. Their technology encrypts your card details (in 128 Kbit sessions) which means you are safe to enter your card details without fear of anyone (including GM) but Protx being able to see them.

Sensitive information is stored on a heavily encrypted database protected by multiple government-approved firewalls. Additional security measures include a security key which is used to produce an MD5 hash value. Hash values are often used as digital signatures as they cannot be reversed to obtain the original information. They allow the receiver to validate that the information received is identical to that sent. the link with Protx is designed so that GM doesn't hold sensitive information on its website.

When you reach the page requesting your credit card details, an icon will be displayed at the bottom of your browser to prove that a secure connection to the server has been made. This indicates that the information transmitted from your browser to us is encrypted and cannot be intercepted by anyone else. All personal information given by you is private and confidential and GM will never pass your personal details onto any third party.  We will only use your email address to contact you about your order.

In compliance with UK Data Protection Legislation, we follow extremely strict security protocol in storing and disclosing the information which you have supplied us. To prevent unauthorised access, we may sometimes require proof of your identity before we can disclose sensitive information to you.
